    Additional Benefits for Full-Time Employees

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) – Accrues from first paycheck; up to 4 weeks in the first year
  • 10 Paid Holidays Annually
  • Paid FMLA – 6 weeks of paid leave for qualifying circumstances
  • Grandparent Leave – Up to one week of paid leave for eligible employees
  • Medical Insurance – Choice of two PPO plans: $300 or $1,000 deductible
